A New Year a New You!

???? Welcome to the Project24Seven Community!! ???? This space is dedicated to empowering those struggling with self-worth and happiness. As someone who faced mental health challenges, I joined this incredible project to share insights on achieving overall well-being. Let’s embark on a transformative journey together, where we can learn from experts like myself, and share insights to uplift those grappling with self-worth. My personal experiences growing up with a mother facing mental health challenges, and also my own struggles, are what led me to join this amazing initiative founded by Michelle.
???? The Evolution of Natural Health Advocacy: My passion for health emerged during my high school athletic days and deepened in college as I delved into the intricate workings of the brain and body. Over the past 18 years, I’ve dedicated myself to natural health, firmly believing that drugs and surgery should be the last resort in our pursuit of well-being. Today I have a completely new understanding of how the brain and body works, and an intimate resolve that we can heal naturally if given the right advice
???? Understanding the Big Picture: Health, I’ve come to realize, is primarily shaped by our lifestyle choices. While genetics play a small role, the majority of our current ailments stem from our daily habits. Unfortunately, our culture, especially in the USA, doesn’t always foster healthy habits, exposing us to toxic elements in food, water, EMFs, media, and even healthcare practices. The solution? Change our habits! Here is some basics to get started so your brain and body can work better!
???? Exploring the 5 Pillars of Health:
- Proper Neural Communication: Maintain a robust connection between the physical and energetic aspects of yourself. Chiropractic adjustments and mobility exercises, like yoga, facilitate this connection and allow your brain and nervous system to keep you living optimally!
- Mindset Matters: Be mindful of what you consume mentally. The news, media, lyrics in songs or video games are often FEAR BASED! Meditation, guided by resources like Joe Dispenza, and gratitude journaling can reprogram your thoughts and emotions. The KEY TO A NEW YOU IS REPROGRAMMING YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS AND IT STARTS IN YOUR MIND!!
- Nutrition: Nutrition is the most argued health science there is! Opt for unprocessed, organic foods to provide your body with optimal nutrition. The closer to nature it is, the healthier!
- Exercise for a Happy Mind: Incorporate regular exercise, including cardio, strength training, and stretching, as it not only benefits your physical health but also positively impacts your mindset. There is a lot of research on this, but simply moving your body will help your health profoundly!
- Detox/Destress: Identify and eliminate toxins from your surroundings.Find ways to either distance or solve the problem that is causing it. Toxins are often found in your food, water, cleaning or personal care products. Stress to the body can come from toxins as listed above, but also from situations like people you spend time with or certain life circumstances.
???? Embracing the Healing Journey: Are you ready to begin this journey with me!? Remember, healing is a gradual process; there’s no quick fix. By prioritizing your mind and body through these pillars, you’ll witness a steady upliftment in your overall health and happiness. Remember consistency is what will get you back to health! If you plug these steps in I PROMISE YOU that your life will begin to shift for the better.???? Join us on this Journey: If you’re facing challenges on this path, reach out to Project24Seven.
